2023年10月11日 1 มาตรา 264 ปลอมเอกสารทั่วไป โทษจำคุกไม่เกิน 3 ปี หรือปรับไม่เกิน 60 000 บาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ 2 มาตรา 265 ปลอมเอกสารสิทธิหรือเอกสารราชการ โทษจำคุก 6 เดือน ถึง  หากเอกสารที่ปลอมขึ้นมา เป็นเอกสารสิทธิหรือเอกสารราชการ เช่น หนังสือสัญญากู้ยืมเงิน สัญญาซื้อขาย และสัญญาเช่า ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตั้งแต่ 6 เดือนถึง 5 ปี และปรับตั้งแต่ 10 000 100 000 บาท มาตรา ๒๖๔ ผู้ใดทำเอกสารปลอมขึ้นทั้งฉบับหรือแต่ส่วนหนึ่งส่วนใด เติมหรือตัดทอนข้อความ หรือแก้ไขด้วยประการใด ๆ ในเอกสารที่แท้จริง หรือประทับตราปลอม หรือลงลายมือชื่อปลอมในเอกสาร โดยประการที่น่าจะ  มาตรา 264 ของประมวลกฎหมายอาญามีเนื้อหาเกี่ยวข้องกับความผิดฐานปลอมแปลงเอกสาร ซึ่งถ้าหากมีการกระทำดังกล่าวจะมีโทษที่รุนแรง เช่น การจำคุกหรือปรับทางกฎหมาย  2023年10月11日 1 มาตรา 264 ปลอมเอกสารทั่วไป โทษจำคุกไม่เกิน 3 ปี หรือปรับไม่เกิน 60 000 บาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ 2 มาตรา 265 ปลอมเอกสารสิทธิหรือเอกสารราชการ โทษจำคุก 6 เดือน ถึง
